"This is a lovely hotel. The staff I interacted with were really friendly and welcoming. The room was a single room, and was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was great and towels fluffy. One thing I would say is that the door to the bathroom is clear - not a problem for me as I was alone (and think my room was meant for one). Not sure if other room types have the same set up but may be worth checking as, if you’re sharing a room, depending on who you’re travelling with, this may not be...

"The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "

"Lovely hotel on fairly decent location. You are a five minute walk to the lake, the train station however you are right in the middle of the red light district which transpires is very similar to Amsterdam. The hotel must have been an old bnb hostel and they’ve refitted it with really nice amenities, carpets and even though the rooms are quite basic, they are brand new, comfortable and the staff seem lovely and trustworthy. You are also very close to some great restaurants that are reasonable. "

"It is a very neat property with comfortable beds and is located close to the main rail station, making transportation convenient for guests. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the friendly staff, in particular the senior citizen/ “pensioner” who checked me in despite the fact that it was not yet check-in time. He was a fabulous man! Additionally, guests have access to a minibar in their rooms where they can select drinks of their choice and pay at check-out. It is simply the best...
