Even after I checked out I had to go back because my phone had been stolen and the staff did so much to help me with WiFi and even a drink to calm me. Walkable distance from Place Saint-Lambert and the Christmas markets. 24 hours reception. Parking was a bit pricy, but we managed to find a free parking spot in a street next to the hotel."

"This was our third time staying here to visit family nearby. All our stays have been pleasant without issues. The staff has always been nice and helpful. It is a unique hotel built around a factory which is cool. The accommodations are basic but get the job done. There are plenty of places to eat or get a drink nearby and a couple markets/food stores within easy walking distance. "I have stayed at their property in antwerp and they are consistently the best value for the money. I would absolutely stay here in every city available. "

"Only difficulty was finding somewhere to park if arriving late. Do a bit of research (unlike me!). The nearby Saint Dennis car park is closed for entry after 2300 or something. Theres another car park a 5 min walk away (Neujean) which is 24hr - also has charging points. Staff was very accommodating for my late arrival with clear instructions for collecting the key (not 24hr desk)."
