The hotel is centrally located in Baden-Baden and convenient to shopping and other sites. We were here for the Christmas markets and they were only a few blocks away (easy to walk to). We recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again."

The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. "This hotel was nice and clean but overpriced. Warning, the rooms do not have AC, and it went up to 90 when I was there. (In fairness, I heard that hotels in this area do not have AC and neither do many houses.) High marks for eco-responsibility but not comfortable. On the positive side, there is a great small pool area and spa-like amenities. Quiet place, cute town. Staff was helpful. "

"Very nice boutique-type hotel in a very nice quiet side street. We had a little blip when the property was locked when we got there, but a kind delivery man was very helpful and reached the owner (?) for us. Clean rooms, new bathrooms. They held our luggage while we roamed the town after check-out."
