"I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. "Lovely traditional style hotel on the side of the lake with beautiful views. We had a great room which was more like a suite so we could chill after each days long walks. The staff were very friendly, relaxed and helpful, and they made the trip special as it was my husband's birthday. It also seemed like a lot of the locals came to eat there. Charming all round. "
