"When you book the “comfort apartment”that sleeps 5 you realize when you check in that there is only 1 bedroom with not a king size bed but a queen, the other beds are the couch in the living room and 2 roll out cots that have to go in the living room or kitchen too - very uncomfortable. "The Good - Comfortable, easy parking and the restaurant was excellent The Bad - Some poor communication between the hotel and Hotels.com. I had paid Hotels.com in full and in advance but the hotel sais they hyad received no advnce and so we were obliged to pay again. Trying to get in touch with Hotels.com a nightmare. "

"The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Television channels were lacking although coming to Bad Nauheim is more about getting around and not sitting around. If you come after 6pm, there is no one at the reception to greet you. An email will come in German and no English translation explaining how to get your key.
