If you come after 6pm, there is no one at the reception to greet you. An email will come in German and no English translation explaining how to get your key. "When you book the “comfort apartment”that sleeps 5 you realize when you check in that there is only 1 bedroom with not a king size bed but a queen, the other beds are the couch in the living room and 2 roll out cots that have to go in the living room or kitchen too - very uncomfortable. No black out drapes like advertised. In fact some of the windows don’t even have any kind of covering and are cracked.
