"Yolanda was super friendly and helpful, we spoke French which was easier for her to understand, but her English was much better than our Spanish, LOL. So, our Franglais was a good compromise. She gave us a map of Figueres and offered us tips on where it is safer to walk, and where it was safer to take a taxi (average 12€ - 15€) to all locations around town. It cost around 14€ to go from the train station to Ibis Styles Ronda. Overall, the check-in experience was very helpful and professionally...

"Excellent stop off hotel for the Spanish / French border crossing, access from the motorway takes seconds, shops around the area are duty free, so stocking up on cigarettes or booze is easy, hotel itself is spotless, excellent staff, good breakfast, would have no hesitation in returning, actually started & ended our Euro trip with a night here. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
