"The staff was very helpful, especially Ivelisse, Owen and Joy. We had an issue with the room and Ivelisse diligently made the arrangements to move us to another room. Rooms are cool and they have some rooms with air conditioning and others with no air conditioning, but all of them are comfy."

"The property owners were very on point. If I called for anything they would respond and not let it go to voicemail like some other people do. They were very hospitable.
