"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. It would be nice if they provided more than one washcloth and if they provided shower soaps. The toilet was situated very strange. It was very quiet and clean. We were alone in the whole building. "

Very thin walls, can't close the door from the inside without a key, need some minor improvements. The pipes when in use were extremly loud (had some plumbing issues) in the room next to us which woke us a couple of times during the night. I could have cope with it but my elderly mother is a light sleeper and this totally ruined her holiday....
