"We have stayed twice at this excellent hotel travelling from and to the UK. Good secure parking right next to the hotel. Pet friendly except your pet cannot go in the breakfast room. Very clean. Two local restaurants 2 minutes walk away. we have used the burger/beer bar twice and it is excellent. Nearby McDonalds if you just want a snack."

"When we booked this place we spent months excited about it and talking about how cool it would be. And then we got there and it lived up to all of our hopes and more! We stayed for a month and never got tired of the amazing view from the castle to the grounds and from the grounds to the castle. "The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. If your using it just for stop over and just need a place to crash excellent as bed was nice shower was great as well"
