"Hi, I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean. The breakfast was what needed and the staff were friendly and nice to my dog. The one thing I would have liked is better communication as to the opening times of the bar. A big thing is made of the bar on Expedia and the hotels website. "This was the best little hotel we stayed in while traveling through Scotland. I was skeptical based on reviews. But it was an efficient hotel. No frills, not fancy, older hotel. The extra special touches made such a difference - a face-washer and shaving cream in the bathroom, very comfortable room & lounge area topped off by exquisitely crafted and cooked hot breakfast.
