Our flight was canceled due to the strike and we tried to get a courtesy refund for the first night but they did not grant it. A little bit of a bummer. Overall a good stay. "

"Well, it is a three star hotel, so a three star ranking should be expected. The front desk staff was great. Helped me organise a very last minute tour that was wonderful and inexpensive. The towels had been washed a billion times. In these times of a pandemic, that might bring some comfort, but that was about the only comfort to expect from the towels. I mostly care about bed comfort and wifi. The bed was very comfortable, with memory foam pillows. The wifi was almost nonexistent in my room....

"Cecilia and her staff were all amazing, very warm and accomodating with excellent communication beforehand. The property is pristine and lovely. The rooms are good size, nicely decorated and very comfy with a lot of nice touches--refrigerator with beverages, coffee maker, blackout shades, nice bed & bedding and a modern bathroom with a large shower. Nice breakfast as well. We'll definitely return!"

The location is excellent, the staff is excellent, and though I found myself wanting a gym, the facilities are excellent.
