"This a good hotel for the price you pay. There is always something you can find to eat in the restaurant and a fresh cooking station. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The front of the hotel has been done up. Our room needed updating but was fine. There was a sewage smell from time to time from the bathroom unfortunately but they seem to be aware and a freshner smell comes through after a while"

"Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself.
