"This place is very close to everything (the church, downtown, cenote, La Calzada de los Frailes). I loved the chocolate shampoo. Negative points: The pool is located in face of reception and therefore there is no privacy. The room should have a minibar."

"Incredible experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a beautiful experience. Room was amazing and there were plenty of vegan dining options within a block of walking. Also, the premises had a cafe that had plenty of vegan milk and vegan food options. They had an amazing spa service who went above and beyond to provide service after regular hours even."

Floors in the room and the bathroom are very slick if they Our wet at all. The man who works there and speaks good English was incredibly helpful! If you walk on the parallel Street either north or south of the street the hotel is on, it’s way easier because the sidewalk is wider. Very kind staff."
