No black out drapes like advertised. In fact some of the windows don’t even have any kind of covering and are cracked. I had paid Hotels.com in full and in advance but the hotel sais they hyad received no advnce and so we were obliged to pay again. Trying to get in touch with Hotels.com a nightmare. "
