"The unlit hotel signage is hard to see after dark. Steep staircases make property unfit for anyone with mobility issues. In-room tiny TV didn't have any reception. Location was in center of tourist area with lots of bars and restaurants, and only a few minute's walk to river."

"This place is right in the heart of Dusseldorf. Couldn't be any more convenient for transit, shopping, dining, drinking and the Christmas Markets. Super walkable! For me, I also loved the Irish Pub at the ground floor of the hotel, but if that's not for you, don't worry, it was quiet and not an issue when in your room. Do be aware that depending on your floor, there could be a fair amount of stairs and no elevator. Not an issue for me with my backpack. The breakfast here was awesome! A great...

We were lucky to somehow find phone nr. to call to in google.com and called some russian lady and get pin 4 keys. Maybe it's my own fault and I lost the sent message among a million advertising emails from hotels.com"
