"The hotel is really nice, but the people working there are AMAZING. The two girls at the reception were so lovely and helpful (I think one was called Kelsey, sorry! I’m terrible with names). "We had a very nicely renovated large room on the second floor of the main building, looking out onto the pedestrian High Street. A little noise from the party-goers, but got to sleep fine. "Beautiful property. Loved the character of the old mansion and the decor within the home. Check in was pleasant and easy. The TV channel selection was good compared to other places in our travels, which helps with children. Rooms were clean, however there was no soap provided to wash your hands in the room, which was inconvenient.
