"The parking was convenient, though not free, and needs to be booked with the hotel. I did not receive a response to my email, so had to telephone, I had to try a few times before being answered. I did not recive a written confirmation the parking was booked, but all was fine when we arrived. Very well located, just a few short minutes walk from petite france. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. My daughter enjoyed the fuseball table in the lobby."

"I loved that the mall was attached to this hotel as it made it easy for me to have a quick breakfast and shop while I waited for my room to be ready. The location is prime, being close to the shops and the cathedral as well. The room was pretty clean as well, however there was a strange musty scent that was noticeable. This seems to be all around Strasbourg, so I’m unsure if it’s just the water system here making that smell. Moreover, the AC in the room did not work, which was disappointing as...

"I just loved the creative vibe of this hotel. From the art in the lobby to the murals in our room (each room designed by a different artist, this is a unique hotel. We had a fourth floor room with views of the rooftops around us. Just lovely. The hotel has a restaurant which we used for breakfast . Delicious. "
