"The room heating would not go above 17 degrees and the drainage had a foul smell but they were happy to change the room. Still had issues with the room not heating up but the staff got us a plugin heater which was good. Hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the staff are very friendly."

I think we will be making a habit of staying at the Jamaica Inn as it’s equal distance between Great Torrington and Falmouth where we each live and it enables us to meet up more often with our very busy working schedules. "Front desk were helpful and friendly. We paid for a superior double. The room was really drab and had strange twin headboards mounted on the wall that didn’t sit over the bed. When we complained we were moved to a better room promptly. The hotel is def outdated and a bit rundown but the staff were pleasant and the room was clean. The plug socket blew out and killed our phone charger. We probably wouldn’t stay again. "
