"The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc..."

Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. "Everything was great and pretty cheap. One thing which you might take into account: if you get a room on the 2nd floor, you need to walk up the stairs (no elevator). One thing that the hotel needs take into consideration are the beds. They are pretty loud while sleeping or moving on them.People might wake up during sleeping because of that. "Ein schönes Hotel mit viel Potential, tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht. Leider ist es wieder mal so typisch für Tschechien in den Hotels: man ist zwar der zahlende Gast, hat aber immer das Gefühl, man stört das Personal . Man wurde gekonnt ignoriert, nicht gegrüßt... Zum Glück waren Gäste im Haus, die auch zukünftig in großer Runde kommen werden. Da klappte es dann mit einem guten Frühstück und auch im Restaurant wurde man nach 22 Uhr bedient. Dort war das Personal übrigens sehr gut und freundlich....
