"This is a very old building and the condition reflects this. But it is well maintained and I love that its a bit creaky and shows the history of this distinguished establishment. Staff were very professional and welcoming and the food yesterday evening was a relief after a long day that I didn't have to leave to find something elsewhere. Breakfast (Full Welsh - vegetarian) was massive and kept me going all day"

"This Hotel was in a perfect location with amazing views over the sea yet right in town. It was typical of an old seaside establishment, a little tired but clean but was undergoing refurbishment so can’t wait to see the changes. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful but seemed a little overstretched. I would definitely go there again"

"We were a little apprehensive when we saw that there was building work going on as the hotel is being revamped, but we needn’t have worried, the hotel and builders worked closely to ensure there wasn’t an issue with noise etc. The room we had was spotlessly clean, it was a little tired decor wise, but this is obviously being addressed.
