"This is a lovely spot in the heart of town with great customer service, a plentiful breakfast and only a couple steps to the Krka National park ferry. The room was clean and comfortable although an extra blanket may have been nice. The breakfast was plentiful and the quality of the food was great. The lady at reception was so accommodating and friendly, I wish I remembered her name. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and attended to during my stay. The on-site parking was much appreciated as it is a busy area being so close to Krka National park. There are many cute restaurants and shops just steps from this hotel. "

"The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach peninsula. "
