"We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control. But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe. They could have warned us. And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in. We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel."

"Pro: beautiful, well maintance building and garden. Wonderful staff. Lovely pool though jacuzzy is not heated. Con: it might be difficult to get around if you use a cane, walker or wheelchair. The street outside is busy with cars making crossing the street difficult. "

"El hotel está súper bien. Está a dos cuadras del centro. Todo el staff super amable. Lo uuunico es que los colchones y las almohadas están duros. Fuera de eso, toda la experiencia muy buena! "

"The location is close to walk to the centro. The room is good size, comfortable bed and upkeep of the hotel is very good. Friendly staff. For the price however, one would expect to have kleenex, hair conditioner and notepad and pencil in the room, 2 of which were provided upon request- a packet of kleenex and notepad but no pen. Comparing this hotel to La Fierenza in price, a little less than the Sol Y Fiesta, makes one wonder why it is so expensive. The pool is good for families and all...

"Cuando llegamos al hotel nos encontramos con varias sorpresas: no tenía estacionamiento, a pesar de que lo anunciaban. No servían desayunos, a pesar de que lo incluían en la tarifa. Pero lo peor, fue encontrarnos con un BAR en la terraza del hotel, que tocaba cumbias a un volumen alto. A mi pregunta de a que hora terminaba, me dijeron que no más de la 1 am, lo cual ya era un inconveniente. Pero obviamente no quedó ahí. A las 4:30 am seguía la música, gente cantando y.... de repente.... se...
