"The bed was super comfortable. The room and hotel were extremely clean even while a snow storm hit they were actively cleaning the parking lot and lobby floors. My only negative was that the room was not ready at our 3pm arrival. We waited about 30 minutes for a room to be ready. "

"We really like the convenient location in Portsmouth, easy to walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Staff are friendly and helpful, and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Valet service was quick and easy. Unfortunately there was/is an extensive renovation underway (which we'd not been advised of beforehand) which closed the lobby, pool, gym and restaurant. "This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Free Parking lot in the rear of the hotel for easy access was a bonus. It is an easy, walkable distance from shopping, restaurants and the music hall. The room was cute, with lots of personality. Wonderful shower and awesome bathroom toiletries. Amazing friendly staff and the best continental breakfast we have ever had. Highly Recommend"
