"This place is massive and gets very busy. Manage your visits to the water park with this in mind. The shuttles run continuously throughout the day but there was only one running the loop by the end of day. The closing was the highest demand for the shuttle and thus the line to ride back far exceeded the capacity for the small shuttle bus. We had to wait long times in the dark for our turn to ride up the hill back to our rooms. Perhaps they could add a couple shuttles just for the last hour"

"I chose this hotel because of the water slides and their online portal said everything was open including the outdoor slides but when we got there they said the slides were only open on the weekends at the moment. The indoor slides were open thankfully but online it said they were open until 11pm but when we got there the front desk informed us that they would only be open until 6pm giving us only about an hour.
