"We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place. "

"The worst experience ever! Beside the man in the reception being really kind helpful and nice towards me anything else there was the worst! I was scared as hell for my life honestly! I booked 2 nights~ but straightaway after getting there I wanted to move the same day, I was searching for hotels the last minute but couldn’t find anything much so had to stay one night there and the next day I moved anyway, could not stand being there alone as a girl. Please be aware and never risk your safety....

"First of all i liked everything, clean , next to the beach , staff are smiling and very helpful, rooms are big with a large terrace and sea view. They add extra water , kettle , coffee and tea in the room in addition to a fridge , aircondition. Calm. Safe. As for the food we had the chance to have the breakfast, delicious, generous, pure Lebanese, they serve a tray of labne , cheese, zaatar, vegetables , eggs, jam , halawa , ur choice off coffee, in addition to the orange juice and tea....

"I had an outstanding experience at Grey Pearl suites. The room was big ,clean ,with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was equipped with essential kitchen tools and appliances. The front desk associates Darin and Joyce were very serviceable ,attentive and courteous to everyone. The manager Jihan was always there if needed her and ready to answer any questions for the best possible results The night guard and the personalized key to the electric front door for the main entrance and the elevator...
