"As always a greet and meet at the hotel reception. Comfortable room and please T meal although the menu choice never changes. Free parking and lovely friendly staff to make ones stay more enjoyable. Only a minutes walk to Inverness airport and 5 miles from city centre. "

"The hotel is a historic building and undoubtedly shows its age, at least in the room I had. I had a cosy room on the 3rd floor which was exactly that, cosy, but did the job. Hotel location is excellent right by the train station"

"The hotel is a quaint and very comfortable small castle that has all the charm and modern conveniences you would hope for. The staff are amazing, welcoming and informative. Breakfast was well worth it and the food is excellent. Will definitely be coming back!"

"The room was cosy and sufficient for one night. It was tidy, but I could see it was wasn't wiped down properly after the previous guests, as I could still spot evidence of their stay here and there. Thankfully not enough to yuck me out. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you take some ear plugs, as you can hear almost everything your neighbours are doing and saying, in particular if you are in a downstairs room. "Very friendly staff. Very clean accommodation. We didn't have the breakfast as I don't eat it but it certainly smelled amazing. Have had it in the past and it was well worth the money. Room if anything was too hot. Bed comfortable. Very close to main shopping area with lots of places to eat. Close to Eden Court Theatre if you fancied an evening out. We try and stay there every time we are in Inverness. This is our fourth time now. Would thoroughly recommend it but book quickly as very popular."
