"The owner was very pleasant and helpful with information. She also helped us with our laundry. The location was in easy walking distance to Trogir. Parking on the premises was free. Would recommend. There is a bit of jet traffic overhead but that effects the entire area. The rooms are very quiet."

"The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach...

"This is a lovely spot in the heart of town with great customer service, a plentiful breakfast and only a couple steps to the Krka National park ferry. The room was clean and comfortable although an extra blanket may have been nice. The breakfast was plentiful and the quality of the food was great.
