"New management and staff members at this facility do not live up to Selina’s standards that I’ve expected. Kitchen was filthy and inadequate. Central ground is covered with only dirt and completely uninviting. I got sick for 2 days, including swollen lips (like a bad Botox job) after having their seafood pasta.
