"The reason I booked this resort because it is river view. It has a restaurant that is next to the river but what you can order is only fried rice, congee and fried egg or omelette. The room and the bathroom looked like nobody did her job before the next guest check in. The pillows are too high and hard so it was impossible for us to sleep on the pillows. The good thing is you can have a little walk in the garden."

"The reception was super unprofessional. When I told them that I booked the hotel from hotels.com, they laughed and said that they never heard of them! Although I booked less 2 hours before I arrived, they still didnt have any record of my booking. When I showed them the confirmation number from hotels.com email., they still said the confirmation was incorrect. "The first room had many cockroaches in the bathroom- we immediately switched rooms and the next room had a much newer bathroom- BUT there was blood all o er the toilet seat and hair left in the shower drain. It was so disgusting. My husband had to clean the bathroom for us- I have never experienced something like this- obviously had not been cleaned at all! The bed was very comfortable but the pool was very dirty and not well maintained "

"Do not book, I booked through hotel.com and when arrived they said they no longer except hotel.com reservations. Hotel customer support tried to get in contact with them and were unable, so my refund was not approved. They should removed themselves from the hotel.com app to prevent customers from booking their hotels."

"The front desk spoke nicely and politely. The hotel is in rural area. Can smell the fresh grass in the air. But the room was terrible. Air conditioner was broken and with hot air steaming out. We asked for new room but none available. No engineer came to fix the air conditioner. We only had 2-3 hours of sleep the whole night due to severe heat. My child continued to wake up several times complaining about the heat. There were many insects in the room but we found it better compared to...
