"I had a one night stay in Chiang Mai to tour the temple's. I arrived super early and couldnt check into my airbnb yet. I booked this location last minute. With the limited time I had, the location to the places i wanted to visit were super close. The tik tok Viral Lalitta Cafe wasn't far from it either. "It was unbelievable to find this hotel so cheap and so clean. Staff was very polite but if you need an extra anything, they will charge you. So just use what they give you. After all it was a great experience."

"Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!the rooms stank real bad, on check in 1 room was filled with cigarette smoke, the other rooms smelt of mould mildew. pillows and mattresses were all stained and absolutely stank, bathroom filthy window covered in mould.staying here is a danger to your health.person on check-in had no idea how to use email or anything else. Avoid staying in this place,disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Very nice basic hotel. Very clean. Great friendly staff. Free use of bikes. A scooter for rent. Grab taxi only 95 baht. I found a lovely restaurant nearby called Melt In Your Mouth. Nice view of river and sidewalks. "

"The property is in a nice location with lots of houses and cute hipster coffee shops and the belle epoque styling is very charming. They’ve definitely fallen behind on maintenance, though. There’s quite a bit of cracked tile and infiltrated water which just gives the whole experience an air of shabbiness. It’s a shame because it’s an otherwise very charming place "

Cute, Simple, and Extremely Clean

"I had a one night stay in Chiang Mai to tour the temple's. I arrived super early and couldnt check into my airbnb yet. I booked this location last minute. With the limited time I had, the location to the places i wanted to visit were super close. The tik tok Viral Lalitta Cafe wasn't far from it either. You do have the option to included breakfast for an additional fee (very inexpensive). This hotel cleanliness was top tier. Not sure if its newly built but its definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommended this location to give a try and book again if i ever visit again. Excellent customer service, especially from Jinnie and the young lady that is apart of the kitchen staff (i forgot her name) but she was super polite and helpful. She helped me arrange my transportation to the airport as well. It has a nice waiting area, inside and such a relaxing outside sitting area. Clean pool, with bathroom, shower, and loungers outside For me, and my needs this hotel was a 10 out of 10."
