The hotel is centrally located in Baden-Baden and convenient to shopping and other sites. We were here for the Christmas markets and they were only a few blocks away (easy to walk to). The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed.
