"The hotel is excellent for traveling on a budget. True, the rooms are small but this is certainly NOT a capsule hotel. It is a well maintained facility, includes breakfast and I had an excellent night's sleep. Upon checking in, the front desk clerk was fantastic. My only negative was the checkout when a different clerk was downright snarly and rude. With that singular bad point, I'd certainly stay here again. "

"Hotel is strategically located outside Bencoolen MRT Exit B. With easy access to MRT and buses as well. One may also walked to other stations such as Bras Basah and Dhoby Ghout. It is also within 5mins walk to National Museum of Singapore. Staffs are friendly. Thank you, David and Leo who attended to my needs and request during my visits. There's a 7-Eleven and Cheers just opposite the hotel. And you can walk to Toastbox and Yakun as well for typical Singaporean breakfast. There's also...

"Stairs up to the lobby with case's not too good. Staff behind desk friendly. Room without window small difficult to manage with two people and luggage. Bathroom the same, but quiet location and easy to get around. Breakfast choice limited, but filled us up. Staff excellent. "

"The property was in such a great location, very near to anything you’d want to do in Singapore- 15 mins to little India, downtown/marina bay, airport, etc and walking distance to Maxwell Food Center. The staff was lovely and even got me in early after I arrived at 5 am. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the free coffee machine and water on tap. "
