"We stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. The hotel was clean with all basic needs and the staff was kind, friendly and did everything she could to meet our needs. A delicious complete breakfast was included in the price, with eggs, fruit and vegetables, yogurts and more. Though spacious. the room was lacking a kettle to make coffee/tea and we could not find a way to turn up the heat. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear everything around us."

"Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. "We got a call on our way there to check all was OK. When we arrived we were checked in super-efficiently and with great understanding that we were really tired. We were asked for dietary requirements so that we had suitable food for breakfast, which were there just as requested next morning. "Fantastic value for money and located right beside the main park of the town. It's basic and a little dull inside but no problems at all. Reception is limited hours but very polite and helpful."

"It was a lovely hotel. The neighborhood, though close to the train station, was bereft of services. When the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, guests had to travel a distance into the center of town to eat. However, when the restaurant is open, the place has everything. I would recommend it highly."

The hotel could not find my reservation on arrival, but offered an available room at the Hotels.com rate; it is not clear if the missing reservation was due to the hotel or Hotels.com"
