"The room was clean as was the facility. However, the room was tiny. Could barely walk around the bed. Also, the street noise was bothersome. It sits on one of Springfield's busiest streets. We stayed here because of a plumbing emergency and chose this place because it is close to our house and is fairly new. We tolerated the room size because of the situation. It would not have sufficed if we had been traveling. The staff was friendly."

"The hotel is undergoing some renovations, or room upgrades was clean and nice. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but everyone has their own preferences on that. Over all we always love our stays at Drurys and this was no different. "

"We arrived prior to 3:00 check in but they allowed us early check in. My wife doesn't like elevators and when i told the front desk that they found an open room on the 1st floor and transferred our registration. The next morning we went to the breakfast included and the food was good, and the staff were very friendly and made it a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and we would definitely use them again."

"I like to stay at Home2Suites always because they approach being sustainable by having dishes and silverware, mugs, and glasses. Breakfast included is good, room was clean and spacious, and we were welcomed with a personalized screen. Overall, it was a good experience."

"I did not get my Hilton points because I went through Expedia, plus My cost for my room was not included in free breakfast! I had to pay 15.50 for scrambled eggs, poor potatoes, hard bacon! Not very good! "

"I think this place is wonderful! Compared to the plethora of other hotels out there there are many things this place is not, but I spend a lot of time travelling and after a while all hotels just kind of seem the same regardless of what you spent. This hotel is not the same! It’s perfectly unique and different! It’s in an interesting neighbourhood and it will definitely be my go to place to stay when in town.!"

"I loved this B&B. We stayed in the McCann room and it was gorgeous, with its four poster bed and generous bathroom. The property was full of charming antiques and the staff was wonderfully kind and helpful. The food was great at breakfast. Highly recommend!!"
