"We had a great 3 days stay here in a ground floor with patio, close to the pool. We found it to be quite quiet even though it was over new years. The room was spacious, aircond, bed comfortable, with quite a large ensuite/Laundry. Particularly liked the sachets supplied for washing up and laundry. The only downer we found was the drain in the shower was quite gunked up therefore water could not get away fast enough. Good base to checkout 1770 and Agnes Waters. "The location is very good and it's very close to Agnes Water Beach. There are restaurants, groceries within walking distance maybe just 5 mins walk. The front desk staff are friendly and room is clean. It's a perfect place for holiday. The only not so positive thing is that I felt the bed was not them dry, not sure if it was caused by it's very near the beach."

"I really liked the layout, the location is great and property is wonderful with a pool, great sleeping layout and size. Very kind and polite manager. There were some general maintenance issues that do need attention however, such as flickering lights in bathroom, very dirty dishwasher that is no longer cleaning the dishes adequately, dirty freezer in one fridge and another fridge did not have a working freezer so need to be careful from a food safety perspective. "Loved the fact that we could bring our dog. Owners were very welcoming and accommodating and even provided a little closed off area outside that connected to our unit so she could be inside or outside. Would definately stay again."
