"Fantastic place to stay super friendly super clean "

"Beautiful property, but our room was not clean. There were chips/junk food in the trash can in the sitting area of our room when we arrived, and there was a wet brown substance on the bathroom sink countertop. There was also a toothpick and a couple of other small odd pieces of trash on the sofa. It just begged the question, "What do we NOT see?" The cleanliness issue is unfortunate because the property is elegant, and the desk staff are very nice."

"It was a wonderful day the people at this hotel really go all out to make sure you’re comfortable. I have never ever been shown to my room and had the door open for me by anyone ever and that’s what they did here. Everybody was attentive and very clear that if we needed anything, just ask, I will be going back to stay at the Winslow."

There was a water main break nearby, so our second night had issues with there being water… so the employees gave us so much bottled water and made sure we could stay comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!"
