"A very cozy place to stay especially if you’re interested in skiing because the hotel is very close to ski area. The only thing we didn’t like was room temperature. It was quite cold. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very nice. Food was delicious. "

"A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the spa facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the spa facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them. "The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. "WE had a lovely stay at Good Aura. They were very accommodating with any of our requests and made the ski rental, check-in, transport to ski lift super easy. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel 3 or the 4 nights because we enjoyed the home cooked meals and it was very convenient to stay in the cozy hotel and eat and drink after a long day of skiing.
