"We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place. "

However, part of their customer service is that they provide you with a phone number to call for a taxi at reasonable price. Service was excellent. Very friendly. Attentive. Clean apartment. Quick responses. Very good price. Region had nearby restaurant and close by market and coop. I have no issue staying there again whenever I visit the region. Thank you so much for everything! "
