"The hotel is in a quite and nice area. It has very nice lobby. It's clean, has extra large bed (2 queens put together), a mini fridge, a desk and tea corner. No safe and the water in the shower drain a little slow. The staff are really helpful and the cleaning crew are very good. The location is perfect for walking around. "We have very bad experience with the booking as when we reach the hotel, we will told that they did not receive our booking from Hotel.com and did not honor us the room. We have to pay to the hotel in cash for another booking. As we book for 3 room for 3 nights and they only have 2 nights for us. The first night was ok and was told to check out on the 2nd day as they will upgrade us to a superior room. Surprising when we came back and was told that we will giving only 2 room for us to share...
