Very un-green: no double glazing anywhere I saw. Room cleaning skimpy - glass shelf over sink always left unwiped, tea provisions not topped up adequately, bath not wiped round. "When I arrived the signs through the front door was confusing. I just found my way through to the bar where I spoke to the lovely staff behind the bar. Staff were really nice. Was shown to my room. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels were clean. Carpet and bathroom floor was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. Tea and coffee was a welcome addition. Had to move the kettle to boil it though as it didn’t reach the plug. Bathroom could do with some TLC. Just looks a bit grimy. One of the...

"In need of decorating or a spruce up. There was mold on the walls and ceiling. Wouldn't take much to make it a really nice room to stay in."

"Having a specific room requirement the hotel give me options and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished.
