"Un accueil d'une rare froideur. Pas de sourire. Limite désinvolte. On se demande si l'hostellerie et le sens de l'accueil au client a encore du sens dans ce lieu. C'en est même triste. Il faut tout le temps attendre que quelqu'un soit disponible à l'accueil : à l'arrivée, comme au départ. Même après avoir sonné ... Dommage l'hôtel aurait du potentiel. Mais nous n'avons même pas eu envie de tester le restaurant le soir."
