The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. The general stay was OK but not the best for the same hotels chain. "

"A lovely 3* hotel. Immaculately clean, well presented and with excellent service. The fit out of the rooms is new and well maintained; it is a little functional (rather than boutique), in keeping with many modern hotels, but is enhanced by lots of little touches of colour and style (paintings, bed runners, etc). The beds were very comfortable. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent (but if you want frog legs, you'll need to order those in advance!)"

"Property was quaint and very country. Faucet in bathroom dripped all night, bed pillows very uncomfortable. The staff was amazing and the food was great though! So happy staff spoke English. Would stay again."

"A wonderful historical building where we had a most enjoyable first visit. The food, especially dinner, was excellent fresh produce with skillful cooking that was simply delicious. The room was large & comfortable - from a personal perspective a shower would be preferable. We will return."
