The hotel is not quite so newly refurbished as stated, but warmth and hospitality have so much more value and feeling that you leave as friends is priceless.."

"We arrived in the middle of a major "El Cid" medieval festival in Burgos. The city was amazing, especially Burgos Cathedral. The hotel location was perfect, eventhough there was a street party well into the early morning. I cannot compliment the Horel Receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous ... 5 srars out of 5."

"The hotel is convenient for travelling around Burgos, if you don’t want to stay in town. It is, however, undergoing renovation at present which makes it a bit chaotic. The staff are good though, particularly Oumar, the bar and restaurant waiter."
