"What a delightful hotel, with lots of Spanish character in a stunning location on the top of a hill surrounded by a river & old fortified walls. After 1 full hour on the phone to Hotels.com (in America, God knows how much that cost me!) they put me in their sister hotel 6 miles away which was not bad, (but not fantastic).
