For those who prefer a more direct route, taxis are readily available at a reasonable fare of €15, making transportation to and from the Torino Porta Susa railway station seamless and hassle-free. Additionally, the bar within the hotel was a delightful spot to unwind, further contributing to the overall positive ambiance of my stay. "The property was very clean the rooms were immaculate, good size and high-quality. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation was top-notch. However but a very noisy area and the night shift staff was not good with communication and was very aggressive and angry he overcharged me with hotel prices even when he knew he was wrong "

"Was a lovely hotel , very clean and modern, and the staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. But it just doesn’t seem to fit with the area it’s in ( it’s too nice ! ) it just seems a little out of place in a predominately industrial area. It’s rated a two star but it could really be a three star! The restaurant let it down a bit , again, the staff were amazing, and the food on the set menu was really good, but it just had the feel of a cafeteria about it . The room was excellent clean and modern, but sound proofing could be better , I had a particularly loud snorer in he room next to me and at times it felt like he was in the room with me ! Not the hotels fault I know. The outdoor car park at the back of the building was a good size and parking was easy. breakfast was simple but reflective of the price . Overall I was happy. Again a particular mention to the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant who really were lovely "
