There is an additional door in the hallway so that you could keep the room doors open to have access to both rooms. We had none of the issues stated, the staff were friendly and helpful, leaving the room card was not a problem as there was always a member of staff available to return it to you. The room was warm and clean, the bed was made daily and the towels were changed when requested.
