She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. On arrival access was problematic and achieved only with the help of another visitor. Eventually one (extremely surly) staff member with poor attitude opened the door and dismissively pointed to envelopes containing the room keys before disappearing in a cloud of disinterest without providing the front door key code which the other...
