"we had 2 of us and requested the 2 room with terrace, lovely set up. We were on the 7th floor and they have a lift but it's teeny weeny! they were helpful to bring our bags up since you do have to go up a flight to the lift and then from the top, up another flight to the 7th floor. My only issue there was that they had a shelf in the shower that wasn't screwed in, it fell and broke and cut my leg a little (nothing major but blood everywhere), i told them when i left but they didn't care too...

"The hotel is located about 5min walk from the nearest metro. Many restaurants and bars around the hotel. The hotel had character. Staff were friendly and accommodating. "This is the second time that I've stayed at this property. Housekeeping was wonderful- the room was spotless and serviced every time I requested it. Albert's place has delicious food at a reasonable price. The hotel is in a residential area which is very quiet, but you can easily walk to the Metro or bus stations to get to where you need to go. There is a grocery store behind the hotel within walking distance. ibis has the best beds and the best showers of any hotel in my opinion. I definitely...

"Very large apartment. Clean. Looks new. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Zero complaints or concerns. We are returning to Bucharest in a week and planning to rebook as we were very pleased. "
