"The hotel was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The big disappointment was the hot tub being out of order during our stay. We would have chosen a different hotel had we known. The wind chill was below zero and we planned a lot of time for soaking in a hot tub. This is, by far, the most expensive hotel in the area and should have had the hot tub repaired."

"A group of guys on our annual fall hunting/fishing weekend. This was our first time staying at this home but it’s a 10 out of 10. The property is absolutely stunning. With hiking trails joining the Chippewa National Forest, as well as a long walk of endless shoreline, all for your private enjoyment during your stay. "The hotel was an older beautiful remodeled hotel. Very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was fantastic and friendly! The dining area and patio is very unique and quaint. "Kids were very disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance over Memorial Day weekend. That was one of the main reasons for picking the hotel. The hotel is definitely older and in need of some repairs, but it was decent for the price. Front desk staff was not professional at all but got the job done I guess."
