There was a nice coffee area with an outdoor sitting area with a river view, although the highway noise in front of the river detracted. However, the neighborhood was very rundown. "

The listing says you have the entire house, but you actually share it with multiple people. The rented portion is closed off to the other parts of the house. Also there were stink bugs everywhere!
